So today is the first time that I have weighed myself in a good couple of months. I had an idea of what I weighed(195lbs) and didn't feel the need to constantly weigh myself in fear that the number would continue to rise.
Well, I got a special surprise today when I went in for my weekly weigh in.....I weigh 191lbs! Four lbs less then what I thought I was! That makes me so happy! My goal is to eventually be back down to 154 lbs. I weighed this much back in 2007. So, hopefully I can keep it up and will myself back down a few pant sizes :P
