I have decided to start over!
Today's blog post is going to be about all the food that I have consumed during the day. I figure it might help me if I see it all written down. Then again it may just be a tedious task that drives me nuts! We shall see. Follow me while I try something new.

Breakfast
1 bowl of Grape Nuts
Lunch
1 yogurt
1 cheese stick
1 piece of toast
Dinner
roast pork w/ noodles
broccoli w/ cheese
Snack
1 piece of American cheese w/four unsalted saltine crackers
Exercise for today
Alex and I took Sammy and Jack on a walk :)
Hopefully this keeps me on the right track. I have changed my mindset. I am happy now. So now hopefully I will FINALLY be able to move on to the physical.
