Back from my mini Vaca

Ok...So, I'm not going to be posting what I had to ate this weekend. I was full of chips, combos, pasta, soda, and oreos.... So. Yeah that is not going to be a happy post. I will just say that we did a lot of walking yesterday that the Monterey Bay Aquarium. I feel like I again a few lbs...So...Lets do better this week shall we?!

Weekly Weigh In

October 15th, 2010


Well... today was another weekly weigh in...I am still 191...But! That means that I didn't gain anything! PHEW! So, I guess this means that I just needs to kick it up a notch and make sure that I walk the pups EVERYDAY!

This is something that CAN be done! And I WILL succeed. I just need a little time to find my "groove" so to speak :)

Weekly Weigh in #1

So today is the first time that I have weighed myself in a good couple of months. I had an idea of what I weighed(195lbs) and didn't feel the need to constantly weigh myself in fear that the number would continue to rise.

Well, I got a special surprise today when I went in for my weekly weigh in.....I weigh 191lbs! Four lbs less then what I thought I was! That makes me so happy! My goal is to eventually be back down to 154 lbs. I weighed this much back in 2007. So, hopefully I can keep it up and will myself back down a few pant sizes :P

That's in for now. Stay tuned for what I had to eat today! Exciting! I know lol

Walking around Walmart. Doing leg presses as Alex as my weight :P

So, this is what happened today.

Breakfast
1 packet oatmeal
1 tall(small) Starbucks Toffee Mocha (YUM!)

Lunch
1 grilled twisted turkey sandwich complements of Winona Cafe with a side of potato salad and a Pepsi

Snack
2 pieces of American cheese with 8 non salted saltine crackers

Dinner
Pork Chops cooked in rice and soup mix
Left over Broccoli w/cheese sauce

Exercise of the day
Walking around Old Sac's Evangeline's costume mansion for a good two hours with my sister :)

Fresh Start

I have decided to start over!

Today's blog post is going to be about all the food that I have consumed during the day. I figure it might help me if I see it all written down. Then again it may just be a tedious task that drives me nuts! We shall see. Follow me while I try something new.

roast pork w/ noodles
broccoli w/ cheese

1 piece of American cheese w/four unsalted saltine crackers

Alex and I took Sammy and Jack on a walk :)

Hopefully this keeps me on the right track. I have changed my mindset. I am happy now. So now hopefully I will FINALLY be able to move on to the physical.
